Some of the tickets we sell have expiration and block out dates. These dates are displayed at the Ticket Center and on our website. Verify the dates prior to purchasing the tickets. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on purchases. All sales are final.

Abuse of our specially priced tickets (including reselling the tickets outside the UCF community) can jeopardize our contracts and prevent us from offering such tickets in the future. Abuse may result in a UCF Golden Rule disciplinary/conduct action.
As of October 1, 2025, the Ticket Center no longer accepts cash payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
